I went to a program where I learned how to make a lei. It was quite fun. After that we did some hula. Now, my muscles were still aching from my first Aikido lesson on Thursday night. I'm not going to say that it wasn't at all painless, but I think the exercise certainly did help my poor muscles. After getting home, I wrote on my crafty blog how to make a lei, which is the link I provided above. :)
That evening I went to a bagpipe performance. There were two soloists and a band. It was quite fun.
