A funny tarot deck

For the amusement of my followers, I would like to share the first tarot deck that I bought.

I got it about a year ago, give or take some months, and here you see a photo of some of the cards with a quarter to show exactly how big (or how small) they are.

I got this because I was sort of curious about tarot, and this was only about $5. I don't use them, though. They're too small for practical use, and anyways I sort of feel a disconnect from the tarot. Maybe when I finally get that animal deck that I've been wanting I'll finally start connecting...but it's like $35...

The tarot isn't for everyone, I guess... and you really need a good deck. I started out with one deck I really loved and had a good connection with, but after a few years this somehow changed. By the time I knew I can work with the cards, so I started looking for a new deck. By now, I have more than a dozen beautiful tarot decks at home. I have tried working with all of them, and only 2 months ago (after looking for more than 3 years) I found a deck I think I will stay with for a while - the Fairy Tale Tarot by Lisa Hunt: http://www.thefairytaletarot.com/ - beautifully painted cards, and a fairy tale for every single one. Combining my love of fairy tales with my love for the cards was perfect, and the cards really speak to me. I have to get back into the habit, but believe me - once you have the right cards, you'll know. Maybe go around, look at several, try some out (I know many people won't give their cards to others, not even for a minute, but some may) and just wait what happens.

Oh the cute tiny things!

I have to agree with Diandra tarot or divination for that matter "isn't for everyone". Take me for instance, I can't foresee anything that is not written on paper lol. It is infuriating at times, especially when I have some kind of prophetic dream and miss the entire message. But I share the same dream in my cuz and I swear it's like he sees every freaking thing; and then it happens.

But, everything gets better with practice. Who knows, I might end up emailing you and asking you for a reading in those days my cuz is too tired to hear my loooonnnggg dreams ;-)

I think I saw that once in my deck research... Or something similar. It is very funny! Just a few months ago I got my first deck (Paulina) and am loving it. A lot of learning now for me. I looked at a lot of different decks before deciding that I really did love that one. There are others that I want to eventually get, but I wanted one that I thought was really "me".
